Collective Career Consulting, LLC was founded in 2018 by Dr. Carlotta Roman, Business Psychologist, and Principal DEI Change Strategist. Their work started with career and leadership coaching, and professional development workshops.

Today, the consultancy provides advisory, coaching, and learning services. The management consulting practice customizes client solutions to build inclusive and equitable workplaces through diversity, equity, inclusion, and change management. 

Collective Career Consulting focuses on providing thought leadership through industry research and best practices. Collective Career Consulting works collaboratively and in partnership with clients, project managers, and other consultants to scale the most efficient services for our client’s needs.
